Refunds in cases of rejection:

Any fee submitted to the Nroute Visas by the client will be refunded if they are disqualified by the Immigration Office for reasons:

  • Misrepresentation of Case by the Case Service Manager.
  • Incomplete information or misleading information provided by the Consultant or Case Service Manager.
  • The customer agree that they will not be liable to claim a refund in cases of he/she wish to end their agreement with services and withdraw from before the time of Nroute Visas submitting the clients Immigration and or Visa application.

Any fee submitted to the Nroute Visas by the client will not be refunded if they are disqualified by the Immigration Office for reasons:

  • Medical
  • Security
  • Insufficient funds
  • Loss of points due to language skills
  • Loss of points due to non-accredited, unrecognized, or false credential
  • Loss of points due to work experience related evidence
  • Failure of meeting deadline for submitting complete documents
  • Non-cooperation from client or their dependents
  • Any other violation of the contractual clause

In case of rejection being any of the above, clients will be liable to pay balance fee to Nroute Visas with immediate effect.

NOTE: Process time for refund applications is typically 10-25 working days.

Clients may refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties for complete information and relevant clauses
